Spring Fling: A Season of Inspiration

It is sometimes difficult to get inspired when trying to revamp your wardrobe or even when you finally have that extra $50 to actually get to the mall or make a quick purchase online when your boss isn't looking. We suggest turning to the season and your environment around you to inspire the trend-setter in you! Here are some suggestions of fabulous fave's we came across and how these artistic designers may have used the season as their muse.

Longer Days = Actually Watching a Sunset

Think of all the sunsets you have seen and the beautiful rainbow sherbet-esque colors that transform the sky. This season, we are obsessed with the full leg trouser in all different colors. Pair these with a tube top or corset for a sophisticated, yet daring look. Think outside the box and wear a colorful pant!

Become a Butterfly, But Don't Ditch the Cocoon

March to early Spring is the season for butterflies to emerge from their cocoons. Invoke the colors of butterflies, its shape and even their little house, the cocoon.

A Leaf in the Wind

Those windy nights are approaching, at least in Los Angeles. Invite prints that follow the movements of the wind! You are the wind beneath my wings.

Your Inner Goddess

April's etymology is traditionally latin, however it does have some close connection with the Greek and Aphrodite, both supporting the origin of the word to mean "opening." Become a Greek goddess for the month (or the year if you are to be so bold)!

Look around, you will be surprised as to the inspirations you find right in your own backyard. Become an artist and paint your wardrobe.
